Here's why you won't want to miss this seminar!

You'll discover:

Exactly why you are wrecking your back with your warm-up routine. When you stretch, are you really stretching your muscles? Will stretching actually help, or does it actually hurt your performance?

How much time do you really need to spend warming up? Is hitting balls on the range all you really need to do, or will it actually increase your risk for back problems? These are just some of the issues I will address that will shock you, and you'll discover the truth about how to best get ready to golf.

Why your golf pro can’t fix your swing, no matter how good he is (unless you have these 2 things).

Even if you have the best race car driver, he's never going to win a race if you give him a civic! Similarly, many golf pros give advice about changing mechanics, but it won't improve your swing unless your body is able to do 2 specific things. I reveal what they are and how to do it (whether you are an "old Buick" or "Ferrari").

Why most core training is ruining your back, and your swing.

It might be hard to believe, but with the big emphasis on "core training", I still see many suffering injuries. No surprise, because evidence has shown that many of the common core exercises actually put the same type of stress upon the spine as that which is known to cause injury. Nothing is worse than seeing someone hurt their back while actually training to prevent back pain! Learn what not to do, and what to do instead.

Where true power comes from, and how to develop it at any level or age. Hitting a golf ball requires power, the ability to quickly generate force at the moment of impact. This is true no matter what age or ability level, golf is largely a power sport. Knowing how to generate that force is a skill, but you must have the traits to see the skill manifest. I'll show you where golf power is generated and how to develop it.

The only strategy proven to both increase distance and accuracy for novice and experienced golfers. From attire to equipment design, industries sell millions in product under the promise of improving your golf performance. But, only one strategy has proven to increase the average golfer's performance in just weeks. Learn exactly what that is and how you can do it too.

Whether you should increase your mobility or change your swing? Some people need more mobility in order to execute a proper swing. For others, the ability to significantly alter your mobility is not realistic (due to surgeries like fusions or other permanent anatomic changes) and it's best to alter your swing to compensate. One of my former patients who was a hall of fame LPGA pro tells me many older pros she knows use this strategy to keep them golfing in the 70s and 80s. I'll tell you which option is best for your situation.

Proper “spine hygiene” that will keep you out of the clinic and on the course.

One of the biggest things that we can do to eliminate and prevent low back pain is modify the things we do off the course and out of the gym. Evidence shows the way we do basic day to day activities can be the source of cumulative damage that is the primary cause of low back pain. Making the small changes I reveal at the seminar will make a big impact.

You don't have time to deal with gimmicks and fads. The golf industry is full of empty promises to make you the best golfer in the world. Instead, I'm going to reveal just the facts based on research, experience, and common sense.

Don't forget to pick up your free copy of "The Golf Conditioning Truth: Proven Fitness Secrets For Adding Distance To Your Drives, Reducing Injury & Shaving Strokes Off Your Score". You will get it free when you attend the seminar.

Cost for the Seminar is a $20 donation to Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund, which is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing support to the families of military personnel with ties to Massachusetts who have died as a result of active duty service post 9/11/2001.
